How can I pay for my items?

Are the items that I've ordered sent discreetly?
All items are sent out in plain packaging, we do not display our company name anywhere on the packaging.

Items sent outside of the European Union are required to have brief details of the order and costs written on a customs form and may be inspected/opened by the authorities of the destination country. The receiver may also be charged for and import taxes/duty fees.

Can I pay for my items by Cheque/Postal Order?
You may pay for items by cheque/postal order.

Please use our contact us page to let us know the items you wish to order, your name and address.

Please make cheques/postal orders payable to Royals Lingerie.

Payment should be sent to Royals Lingerie, 78 Ingrebourne Gardens, Upminster, Essex, RM14 1BW.

How secure are my payment details?
All credit card transactions are processed securely by SagePay formerly known as PROTX. At no time are your cedit card details entered or stored on our servers. The only information stored on our servers are your order details, address details and contact information incase we need to contact you regarding your order. We may also use your email address to contact you regarding special offers or new arrivals if you have signed up to receive our newsletter, you may turn on/off this option in your account details screen.

My order details have disappeared before I could pay?
For security reasons if the website has remained idle for 15 minutes the shopping cart is automatically emptied and the user logged off.
