Where the customer is not satisfied with an item, the item maybe returned for either an exchange or a refund, providing the item is returned in its original condition with labels attached and packaging and the item has not been been worn or washed.

Items should be returned within 31 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that a copy of the invoice or a note is included, so we can identify who is returning the item, otherwise this can result in delays in issuing refunds.

For hygiene purposes we can only accept returns on underwear items if the items have not been worn.

We can only issue refunds to the original card or paypal account used for the transaction.
